The permit fee for a person engaged in the manufacture, distribution or sale of alcoholic beverages is one-half (1/2) of that levied by the state on such beverage.

The annual fee required for a license to manufacture or brew for the purpose of sale or to sell or distribute any beer in the city is one-half (1/2) of the state fees on such beverages.

Each applicant for a license as provided in article 5.03 shall pay a service fee in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00). Vendors granted temporary vending licenses for special events shall pay a fee of five dollars ($5.00) per day of vending permitted.

(a) 
Every application for a permit to drill a well or to install a water and/or gas repressurizing or injection facility, or trunkline pipeline, and the re-entering and deepening to a deeper formation of a well, shall be accompanied by a filing fee of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00) or the amount set by the city council.
(b) 
The application for a supplemental permit shall be accompanied by a fee of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) or a fee set by the city council.
