Any person, firm, association or corporation who shall violate a provision of this code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install or repair electrical work in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the electrical inspector, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of no more than $2,000.00; and each day during which such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.

Conviction under the provisions of this Code shall be deemed just cause for the revocation of any existing City of Rockport license which said person, firm, association or corporation may have and/or hold under the provisions of this Code.
