(a)
Annual fee.
The annual fee for registration of a dangerous dog is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b)
Transfer of registration.
There shall be a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for issuance of a new registration tag if an owner of a registered dangerous dog sells or moves the dog to a new address.
