(a) 
Mobile food vendor permits will be issued for the following periods of validity, each with the respective application fees:
(1) 
Daily: $25.00 per day.
(2) 
Monthly: $100.00 per month.
(3) 
Yearly: $300.00 per calendar year.
(b) 
Upon renewal of a mobile food vendor permit issued for one year, the applicant shall pay a renewal fee of $250.00.
