When signs are erected giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful to park or leave standing any motor vehicle, whether attended or unattended, except at such times and in such manner as specified in said notice, on those premises described as "municipal-owned property" as shown on the current Tax Map of the Borough of Englishtown, unless such vehicle is registered in or under the control of a member of the Englishtown Fire Department or in employee or official of the Borough of Englishtown.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both, for each separate offense.
