These rules and regulations are adopted by the Lynnfield Planning Board as authorized by MGL c. 40A, § 9, and § 260-10.5 of the Lynnfield Zoning Bylaw, for the purpose of establishing rules and procedures for conducting the business of the Planning Board under its jurisdiction as a Special Permit Granting Authority ("SPGA").
