The city council hereby adopts the 2018 edition of the International Solar Energy Provisions. In the event that this code is ever updated or revised, those changes are automatically included and incorporated into this section. A copy of the code, as referenced herein, is on file in the office of the city secretary for permanent record and inspection. From the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the city.
