City of Long Branch, NJ Article V Broadway and Second Avenue Redevelopment Plan

§ 269-11 Adoption of redevelopment plan.

The project area redevelopment plan, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, and which is incorporated herein by reference,[1] is hereby approved and adopted.

§ 269-12 Zoning Map amended.

The sections of the Zoning Map of the City that relate to the project area are hereby amended to incorporate therein the provisions of the project area redevelopment plan, which provisions supersede the provisions of the redevelopment plan formerly applicable to the project area.
