Any person violating this article shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009 of this code.

It shall be unlawful for any animal owned, kept or harbored to run at large, as defined in section 3.01.001 of this article.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any owner to harbor any animal which by excessive sound shall disturb the peace, comfort or property of the inhabitants of the neighborhood, and such disturbance is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and a violation of this chapter. The definition for excessive noise or sound is hereby defined as a noise or sound that is continuous. It is so stated herein that a continuous noise or sound and a complaint of more than one person or residence shall establish the criteria for action to be taken by the proper official or law officer; also an animal creating a noise or sound from a distance of fifty feet (50') or more from the front door of a residence shall not constitute a violation of this chapter.

It shall also be unlawful for any [person to maintain] animal pens, stables or enclosures in which any animal may be kept or confined which from use have become offensive to a person of normal sensibilities.

It shall be unlawful to keep, harbor, release or allow to run at large any wild animal(s) or vicious animal(s) as defined in section 3.01.001 of this chapter.

It shall be unlawful to keep, harbor, release or allow to run at large any exotic animal(s) as defined in section 3.01.001 of this chapter.
