The fees for issuance of building permits are as follows:

Application
fee: $75.00.
(2)
The
permit fee will be determined by the number of inspections times the
established fee of $75.00.

An additional fee of $5.00 shall be charged for each additional
trip on the part of the plumbing inspector, caused by the negligence
of the plumber of not being ready for inspection or a return for inspection
of a corrected installation.

Any contracting gasfitter shall pay to the city twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) as an occupation fee.

Issuance
of certificate by gas inspector: Two dollars ($2.00).

Additional
inspections: One dollar ($1.00) for each such additional inspection.

Upon approval of an application request for a manufactured home
permit, a fee will be submitted in the amount described for a single-family
residential dwelling unit ($150.00).
