City of Berkeley, MO Article II Adopt-A-Park Program

Section 225.100 City's Adopt-A-Park Program.

A. The City of Berkeley, Missouri, hereby adopts the Berkeley Adopt-A-Park Program, said program details are held on file in the City offices.

B. The program is a partnership between the City of Berkeley and residents, business owners or groups, in an effort to keep our community clean, safe, and attractive.

C. The program is designed to promote civic responsibility as well as be fun and educational.

D. In exchange for the public good will through participation in the program, the residents, business owners or groups voluntarily waive any and all claims for injuries or damage suffered by them arising out of participation in the program and covenant not to sue the City of Berkeley, its officers' agents or employees.
