The driver of a vehicle shall not drive, park or leave standing
a motor vehicle within any sidewalk area or any parkway or roadway
center divider except at a permanent or designated temporary driveway
or drive-through.

The driver of a vehicle shall not drive, park or leave standing
a motor vehicle within any park, playground, recreation center, or
any other area in the city owned or used by the city and devoted to
active or passive recreation except upon roadways or designated off-street
parking areas.
