Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, Ordinance No. 3930 of the county of San Bernardino, state of California, adding Chapter 14 to Division 3 of Title 3 and adding Subsection 16.0213B(b)(17) to Chapter 2 of Division 6 of Title 1, all of the San Bernardino County Code, relating to inspection grading of food establishments, is adopted by reference.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter or the provisions of the ordinance adopted by reference herein.
In accordance with Section 33.1406(c) of the county code, the letter grade card shall not be defaced, marred, camouflaged, hidden, or removed. It is unlawful to operate a food establishment unless the letter grade is posted. Removal of the letter grade card is a violation of this chapter and may result in the suspension or revocation of the public health permit and shall be punishable as specified in Section 33.0112 of this code. In addition, violations of this chapter are punishable as an infraction in accordance with the penalties set forth in Chapter 1.12 of Title 1 of the Loma Linda Municipal Code.
