Township of Patton, PA Article IV Limited Access Highways

§ 320-22 Ingress and egress to, from or across Valley Vista Drive.

[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]

In accordance with the Limited Access Highway Law, 36 P.S. § 2391.1 et seq., no person, firm, or corporation, in particular, owners or occupants of abutting property, shall have the right of ingress or egress to, from or across such highway known as Valley Vista Drive east and west, except as may be provided by the Supervisors of Patton Township.

§ 320-23 Permit required to construct access onto Valley Vista Drive.

Any person, firm or corporation desiring to construct an access onto Valley Vista Drive shall first make application for a permit to the Board of Supervisors of Patton Township. The Township of Patton reserves the right in its discretion to grant or deny said permit.

§ 320-24 Conditions of permit.

Upon the issuing of a permit by the Township of Patton, the applicant may construct such access or accesses in accordance with the conditions, restrictions and regulations prescribed by the Township and in accordance with the Township ordinances and the Second Class Township Code.[1]
