[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
In accordance with the Limited Access Highway Law, 36 P.S. § 2391.1 et seq., no person, firm, or corporation, in particular, owners or occupants of abutting property, shall have the right of ingress or egress to, from or across such highway known as Valley Vista Drive east and west, except as may be provided by the Supervisors of Patton Township.
Upon the issuing of a permit by the Township of Patton, the applicant may construct such access or accesses in accordance with the conditions, restrictions and regulations prescribed by the Township and in accordance with the Township ordinances and the Second Class Township Code.[1]
