It shall be unlawful to keep, own or harbor any wild animal within the City of Panhandle.

It shall be unlawful for anyone to harbor feral cats in the city. If a resident feeds or takes in any feral cats they will be deemed as their animals and vaccinations, tags, and showing proof of altering the cat will be required from that person. If they are claimed by a person and are at large a citation will be issued.
