(1)
The marshal and treasurer of the city of Point Arena shall, each, before entering upon the duties of their office, give a bond in the penal sum of $1,000.
(2)
The clerk and recorder shall, each, before entering upon the duties of their office, give a bond in the sum of $250.00.

All bonds to be conditioned according to law, and approved by the board of trustees.
