Generally, all words and terms used in this title shall have
the same meaning as defined and used in the Subdivision Map Act of
the State, except as provided in this chapter.

means the City of Guadalupe.

means the City Council of the City of Guadalupe.
(Ord. 142 Art. 2 §1(B), 1974)
means a system of individual ownership of units in a multifamily
structure, combined with joint ownership of common areas of the structure
and the land.

means an area of land, lot or parcel, under common ownership,
shown as a unit or contiguous units on the latest available assessment
rolls of the County not established as separate lots in a recorded
subdivision or parcel map.

means any individual, firm, association, syndicate, copartnership,
corporation, trust or any legal entity commencing proceedings under
this chapter to effect a division or subdivision of land for him or
herself or for another.
