There is established the office of Town Attorney. The Council
shall appoint the Town Attorney, who may appoint deputies or assistants
as deemed advisable.

The Town Attorney shall perform such duties as may be prescribed
by the Council.

In addition to the Town Attorney, the Council may appoint special
counsel to represent the Town at a rate of compensation to be fixed
by the Council. Special counsel shall perform such duties as may be
prescribed by the Council.
