The Council adopts by reference Napa County Code Chapter 8.20 "Abandoned Vehicles" and all subsequent amendments to that chapter. A copy of the chapter shall be kept on file with the Town Clerk.

The following terms used in Napa County Code Chapter 8.20 are amended as follows:
means Town of Yountville.
means Yountville Town Council.
means Yountville Town Manager.
All references to a County administrative official mean the administrative official of the Town who performs the duties specified for that County administrative official. |
