As set forth in Chapter 8.05 of this code, the Town's authorized agents shall have at all reasonable times the right to enter any customer's premises for any purpose properly connected with the service of water to the customer.

The Council may adopt rules and regulations not in conflict with this division governing the operation of the water system and the supply of water to its customers by resolution. A violation of any such rule or regulation shall be a "code violation" under Chapter 8.05 of this code and subject to administrative enforcement thereunder, in addition to any other enforcement remedies available under law and this code.

The customer is liable for damage to equipment or property caused by the customer or the customer's tenants, agents, employees or contractors. The customer shall reimburse the Town for damage promptly on presentation of a bill. If the customer fails to reimburse the Town for damages, the Town may discontinue service.
