For the purpose of establishing proper regulations for the repair, alterations and additions necessary for the preservation, rehabilitation, relocation, related construction, change of use or continued use of a qualified historic building, the California Historical Building Code, 2025 Edition, including tables and appendices, as set forth in California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 8, is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety by the Town of Yountville.
