When stop signs are erected and maintained at the entrance to any intersection pursuant to Section 3-7.701 of this chapter, or pursuant to any law or resolution, every operator of a motor vehicle shall stop at every such stop sign before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic control signal.

The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway, or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving into a sidewalk or into a sidewalk area extending across any alleyway.

No driver of a vehicle shall follow any fire apparatus answering a fire alarm, or any other emergency vehicle answering an emergency call, closer than one block or park any vehicle within the block where such fire apparatus or other emergency vehicle has stopped.

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such procession are conspicuously so designated.

A person operating a motorcycle or bicycle shall not ride other than upon the permanent and regular seat attached thereto nor carry any other person upon such motorcycle or bicycle other than upon a firmly attached seat to the rear of the operator; nor shall any person ride upon a motorcycle or bicycle other than as authorized by the provisions of this section.
Any person who rides a motorcycle, trail bike, minibike, dune buggy, motor scooter, jeep, or other motor driven vehicle on any vacant lot, vacant property, or acreage within the City and disturbs the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or person by noise, dust, smoke, or fumes caused by such vehicle shall be guilty of an infraction.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates, or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any streetcar or moving vehicle upon any roadway.

The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk or parkway except at a permanent or temporary drive-way.

No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly-made pavement or any freshly-painted marking placed pursuant to the provisions of this chapter in any street when a barrier or sign is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking, or when a sign is in place giving notice that the street is closed.

(a) 
Limited curb parking space defined. For the purposes of this section, "limited curb parking space" shall mean an area open for lawful parking alongside of and adjacent to a curb, which area is not of sufficient length to permit two or more vehicles to move for parking therein at the same time.
(b) 
Parking in limited curb parking space. Any person seeking to park his vehicle in a limited curb parking space, which vehicle arrives at such parking space prior to any other vehicle, and who proceeds beyond such parking space a distance not to exceed ten (10′) feet for the purpose of backing his vehicle therein, shall have the right-of-way over any person driving or attempting to drive any other vehicle directly into such limited curb parking space or who in any manner obstructs such limited curb parking space, and the driver of such other vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to the driver who first arrived at such parking space.

No person shall operate any train or train of cars, or permit the same to remain standing, so as to block the movement of traffic upon any street for a period of time longer than five minutes.

No person shall board or alight from any streetcar or vehicle while such streetcar or vehicle is in motion.

No person shall drive any vehicle through or under any safety gates or railroad barrier which is maintained at a rail-road crossing for the purpose of warning persons of the approach of a train or car while such gate or barrier is closed or while it is being opened or closed.
