Maintain a comprehensive log of all County charges and fees which includes the name, amount, and description of each charge and fee, the department responsible for collection, the date of the last review, and the date the charge or fee was last modified.
Submit the comprehensive log of all County charges and fees along with any recommendation for modification no later than March 15th of each year for review by the County Council during the annual budget review process. Recommendations for modifications shall be accompanied by the proposed legislative measure that would effectuate such modification.
