To adopt Chapter 12-45.4 of the Hawai'i Administrative Rules, entitled "State Fire Code," as adopted by the State of Hawai'i on January 20, 2023 (State Fire Code), which adopts, with modifications, the national model fire code, as copyrighted and published by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 1): to provide amendments to the State Fire Code; and to repeal the previous Fire Code of the County of Kaua'i, adopted on May 9, 2016 and amended effective April 28, 2020.
