Any petition filed pursuant to Section 1094.5 of the California
Code of Civil Procedure for judicial review of any administrative
decision reviewable under that section must be filed in the court
in which such review is sought not later than the 90th day following
the date on which the decision becomes final in accordance with the
provisions of Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure,
which section is hereby made applicable in Santa Monica and is incorporated
herein as though fully set forth.
