The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2015 edition,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the city secretary, is
hereby adopted as the building code of the city.

paid or collected.

been done under a permit issued in accordance with this code.

for a permit for which a plan review fee has been paid is withdrawn
or canceled before any plan review efforts have been expended.

Section 107.4. Insert: Misdemeanor, five hundred
dollars ($500.00), each day that a violation continues after due notice
has been given shall be deemed a separate offense.
