A. 
No person shall discharge or cause or permit to be used or discharged any firearms, gun, pistol or any weapon or thing which is capable of or which does propel in any manner, either by gunpowder or air or by springloaded means, any bullet or missile whatever upon any street or in any public place or in or on any lot within the city limits.
B. 
No person shall use or cause to be used a sling shot, bow and arrow, or similar type weapon or weapons upon any street or in or on any lot within the city limits; provided, however, the use of bows and arrows within the city, when used under adult supervision, shall be permitted.

A. 
Any violation of this chapter, is declared to be a misdemeanor; and any person who violates the provisions herein shall be punished as prescribed by Section 19 of the Penal Code of the state.
B. 
In addition to the punishment prescribed by the foregoing, such firearms shall be seized by the authorized police officer or police officers of the city and held for a period not to exceed 90 days for the first offense. For the second offense or subsequent offenses by the same person, the firearms shall be confiscated by the police officer or police officers of the city and disposed of as directed by the city council; the city council may either authorize the police department to conduct a sale of the confiscated firearms or order the chief of police of the city to destroy the firearms to such extent that they shall be wholly and entirely ineffective and useless for the purposes for which they were manufactured.

A. 
The consumption of marijuana otherwise permitted by California Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5 is prohibited on any public property or in any facility or space to which members of the public have access.
B. 
Violations of this section shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
