Stop signs shall be placed in both directions along Hillside Terrace where it intersects with Elm Way. The placement shall be accomplished in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, which shall include, but not be limited to, the establishment of no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

A one-way roadway is established on Logan Street, in a westerly direction, from North Front Street to North Third Street in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code. All appropriate signs and marking will accompany this change.
Additionally, in order to provide more parking to the residents in this area, the no parking zone on Logan Street between North Front Street and North Second Street is eliminated.

A two-way stop intersection is established at the intersection of North Third Street and Sacramento Street, stopping north/south traffic on North Third Street, in the manner prescribed by the California Vehicle Code, including, but not specifically limited to, no parking zones for a distance of 20 feet on the same side of the street and directly in advance of each stop sign.

A. 
Findings. The city council does hereby determine upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey that on portions of certain streets the maximum speed limit provided at California Vehicle Code Sections 22349 and 22358.7 is more than is reasonable or safe, and hereby determines and declares prima facie speed limits which are found to be the most appropriate to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic and which are reasonable and safe upon such streets as set forth as follows. Such declared prima facie speed limits shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon those streets.
B. 
The speed limits for the following roads and streets will be:

Airport Road from St. Francis Way to River Road: 40 miles per hour.
2. 
Airport Road from Church Road to St. Francis Way: 50 miles per hour.
3. 
Airport Road from Liberty Island Road to Church Road: 50 miles per hour.
4. 
Church Road from State Route 12 to Airport Road: 45 miles per hour.
5. 
Liberty Island Road from Summerset to Canright Road: 35 miles per hour.
6. 
Liberty Island Road from Province Path to Airport Road: 35 miles per hour.
7. 
Liberty Island Road from Airport Road to Hearth Lane: 40 miles per hour.
8. 
Canright Road from Province Path to city limits: 45 miles per hour.
9. 
McCormack Road to Province Path to city limits: 45 miles per hour.
10. 
Montezuma Hills Road from the city limits to South Second Street: 35 miles per hour.

A "Right Turn Only between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM" sign shall be placed in one direction on Gardiner Way at the intersection of SR 12.
