City of Rio Vista, CA Chapter 17.22 C-2A AIRPORT COMMERCIAL DISTRICT

§ 17.22.010 Purpose.

The C-2A district is designed to supply a complete range of airport related services at the airport.

§ 17.22.020 Uses permitted.

Uses permitted are as follows:

A. Repair and service industries;

B. Parts and supply stores;

C. Parking lots;

D. Professional and trade schools;

E. Restaurants;

F. Cafes;

G. Delicatessen stores;

H. Gift shops;

I. Drug stores;

J. Business offices;

K. Fire stations.

§ 17.22.030 Conditional uses.

Uses permitted provided the conditions for a use permit as set forth in Section 17.66.070 are fulfilled.

A. Hotels, motels;

B. Petroleum service stations;

C. Other uses similar in nature, function or operation to conditional uses listed, consistent with the intent of the district, as described in Section 17.22.010.

§ 17.22.040 Site and architectural approval.

Site and architectural approval pursuant to Chapter 17.60 is required for all new structures and exterior improvements to existing structures in the C-2A district.
