§ 17.36.020 Uses permitted. Uses permitted are as follows:A. Parks, playgrounds and swimming pools;B. Golf courses and country clubs.(Prior code Appendix B § 414(B))
§ 17.36.030 Conditional uses. Uses permitted, provided the conditions for a use permit as set forth in Section 17.66.070 are fulfilled:A. Museums art galleries, libraries, public buildings;B. Public utility substation;C. Hotels and motels;D. Commercial uses accessory to permitted uses, such as refreshment stands, restaurants, sports equipment, rental and sale, marinas;E. Public and semi-public buildings, including but not limited to, fire stations, schools, churches, libraries, hospitals, community and civic centers;F. § 17.36.040 Development standards. A. Minimum building site required: 10,000 square feet.B. Minimum lot width required: 100 feet.C. Maximum allowable lot coverage by all structures: 60%.D. Maximum allowable height: 40 feet.E. Minimum front yard: 20 feet.F. Minimum side yard required: 10 feet.G. Minimum rear yard required: 10 feet.H. Parking requirements as determined by the planning commission.(Prior code Appendix B § 414(D))
§ 17.36.050 Site and architectural approval. Site and architectural approval is required for all new structures and exterior improvements to existing structures in the O-A-R district.(Prior code Appendix B § 414(E); Ord. 628 § 1 Exh. C, 2007)
