For the purpose of the election of officers of the City of Plymouth
and for any other purpose for which an election may lawfully be held
in said City, the said City is hereby consolidated into one election
precinct.

All the territory within the exterior boundaries of the City
of Plymouth.

At least 25 days prior to any municipal election in said City,
the Board of Trustees thereof shall appoint the Board of Election
required by law and designate the polling place within the precinct
of the City.
