In order to expedite the determination and designation of one-way streets for the purpose of regulating vehicular traffic upon City streets, the City Council may designate by resolution, any street or portion thereof as a one-way street.
One-way street signs shall be erected or removed at the entrance and exit of the designated portion of the street where one direction traffic is regulated as the City Council may by resolution direct.
It is unlawful to drive a vehicle upon a street, designated as a one-way street, in a direction opposite than that indicated by the posted signs.
