The following streets, or portions of streets, are restricted to traffic in only one direction as indicated: None.

There is or shall be posted at the aforesaid intersections, a traffic sign designating the street, or portions of a street, as "one-way" traffic only.

It is unlawful to drive in or upon a one-way street in any direction but the one direction so designated. The penalty for violation of this section shall be an infraction, and shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine not exceeding $50, and for a second conviction within a period of one year by a fine not exceeding $100, and for a third or any subsequent conviction within a period of one year by a fine not exceeding $250.
