A. 
The seal of the city of La Habra shall consist of a disk bearing upon its circumference the words "City of La Habra, State of California" and in the center of the disk the words "Incorporated January 20th, 1925."
B. 
As depicted in this subsection, the official logo of the city of La Habra shall consist of a round disc with a thin line and dotted line surrounding the entire image. "A CARING COMMUNITY" sits on the upper left area within the dotted line on the outside of the image. "CITY OF LA HABRA" is placed in the center of the logo. There are four quadrants within the image. The upper left quadrant has a bell that loops down. The upper right quadrant contains the text "EST. 1925." The lower left quadrant has an orange. The lower right quadrant has a hibiscus flower.

The alternate logos for the city of La Habra shall consist of the following images:

The city clerk shall have charge of the seal and logos of the city, and shall be held responsible for their care and proper use. It is unlawful for any person to make or use the seal or logos of the city, or reproduction thereof, for any purpose other than for the official business of the city as authorized by the city.
