The municipal bail schedule for parking offenses referenced below and as set forth in Titles 10 and 18 of this code shall be set by resolution of the city council.

Any violation of the provisions of this title shall constitute an infraction and be punishable as such. Each day a violation of any provision of this title shall continue shall be a new and separate violation.
