§ 18.52.010 Tract maps required when.

A tract map shall be required for all subdivisions creating five or more parcels, five or more condominiums, a community apartment containing five or more parcels, or a conversion of a dwelling to a stock cooperative containing five or more dwelling units.

All tract maps are required to have a tentative map and a final map.
