1. No
person shall write upon, injure, deface, tear or destroy any library
materials belonging to the public library of the City.
2. No
person shall keep any materials belonging to the public library of
the City for more than 30 days after notice in writing has been given
that the material has been kept longer than the time allowed by regulations
of the library.
3. No
person shall take or remove any library material unless the permission
of the legal custodian thereof is first obtained.
5. Conviction
and payment of any fine under this section shall not be construed
to constitute payment for library material nor shall a person convicted
under this section be thereby relieved of any obligation to return
to the library such material.
