Where used in this chapter, "e-cigarette" shall mean any electronic
or battery operated device that can deliver an inhaled dose of nicotine
or other substance, including, but not limited to, any device manufactured,
marketed, or sold as an electronic cigarette, cigar, cigarillo, or
pipe.

E-cigarettes shall not be operated or used in any enclosed space
owned by the City or operated by or on behalf of the City, including,
but not limited to, any vehicle owned by the City or operated pursuant
to a contract with the City for the purpose of public transit.

A violation of this chapter is subject to the provisions of Bellflower Municipal Code Section 1.08.010.
