California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 12 (the 2022 California
Referenced Standards Code) is adopted by reference as the Referenced
Standards Code of the City of Bellflower.
In accordance with California Government Code Section 50022.6,
one copy of California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 12 (2022
California Referenced Standards Code) must remain on file with the
Building Official within the Department of Planning and must be at
all times maintained by the Building Official for use and examination
by the public.
