City of Buellton, CA Chapter 2.56 PEACE OFFICER STANDARDS AND TRAINING

§ 2.56.010 Declaration of intent.

The city declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1, Title 4, Part 4, of the California Penal Code.

§ 2.56.020 Adherence to state standards.

Pursuant to Section 13522 of Chapter 1 referred to in Section 2.56.010, the city while receiving aid from the state pursuant to said Chapter 1, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training.
