In addition to those definitions contained in the adopted section of the Motor Vehicle Laws of Oregon, the following words or phrases, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning, shall have the meanings set forth in this chapter.

"Bicycle"
means every device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride, having two tandem wheels either of which is over 15 inches in diameter.

"Bus stand"
means a fixed area in the roadway adjacent to the curb to be occupied, exclusively by buses for layover in operating schedules or waiting for passengers.

"Holidays"
means, where used in this title or on signs or other devices erected in accordance with this title, Sundays and legal holidays.

The term "overnight" as used in Title 10 of this code means all hours between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

For purposes of this title, "inoperable motor vehicle" is defined as any vehicle which is unregistered or unlicensed, or in a wrecked, abandoned and/or junked condition, or which cannot be moved without being repaired or dismantled, or which is no longer safely useable for the purposes for which it was manufactured. The term "inoperable motor vehicle" includes major parts of vehicles, including, but not limited to, bodies, panels, fenders, engines, running gear and transmissions.
