For the violation of any provisions of this title, the Molalla Police Department may issue a citation which shall be in the form required by law.

If any person fails to comply with the terms of a traffic citation, the Court may issue a warrant for the arrest of such person.

No person shall cancel or solicit the cancellation of any traffic citation in any manner except where approved by the Municipal Court Judge.
