A. 
No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than by a crosswalk on that portion of Beach Boulevard between Garden Grove Boulevard and Starr Street.
B. 
Any person violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by the applicable fine(s) established by Municipal Code Section 1.10.030 (Punishments).
