The Rockledge Tax Collector is hereby authorized to provide tax certifications relating to properties located in the Borough of Rockledge upon request by the public. The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to assess, collect and retain as his/her own compensation a fee in an amount to be established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council per tax certification. The purpose of this fee is to compensate said Tax Collector for his/her personal time and expense in providing tax certifications to the public.
