means any place where games of cards and similar games are
played, and to which the public is invited to participate in such
games with or without the payment of consideration.
means any card game played for currency, check, credit or any other thing of value which is not already prohibited and made unlawful by Chapter 9 or Chapter 10 of Title 9 of Part 1 of the Penal Code of California.
means any establishment where gaming as defined in subsection
B of this section is conducted.

Cardrooms and gaming clubs shall be unlawful uses of property.
No cardrooms or gaming club as defined in this chapter shall be operated
as a business for fees or charges, either independently or as a use
incidental to any other business.
