City of Rancho Cucamonga, CA Chapter 3.04 TRANSFER OF TAX FUNCTION

§ 3.04.010 Transfer of assessment and tax collection authority to county.

Pursuant to the authority granted by Government Code § 51501, the assessment and tax collection duties performed by the city assessor and tax collector hereby are transferred to the assessor and tax collector of the county.
