The term "oversize vehicle" means any vehicle, motorized or
nonmotorized, that exceeds 25 feet in length, or exceeds seven feet
in width, and/or exceeds seven feet in height. Oversize vehicles shall
include all buses, truck tractors, semitrailers, motor trucks, trailers,
campers, camp trailers, house cars, trailer coaches, and other equipment
or machinery, regardless of width, length, or height.

It is unlawful for any person to park or store any recreational
vehicle, trailer, camp trailer, trailer coach, camper or boat upon
any public street, highway, or alley within the city for longer than
one hour between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day.

It is unlawful for the owner of any recreational vehicle, trailer,
camp trailer, trailer coach, camper or boat to allow the aforementioned
to be parked or stored upon any public street, highway or alley within
the city longer than one hour between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00
a.m. on any day.

Any act or omission declared unlawful by the provisions of this
chapter is an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed that set
by the current uniform countywide bail schedule established pursuant
to the terms of the California
Vehicle Code.
