A. 
Contracts for public works construction projects valued in excess of $25,000 and contracts for alteration, demolition, repair or maintenance of public works projects valued in excess of $15,000, require payment of prevailing wages in compliance with California Labor Code Sections 1770 through 1782, or any successor legislation.
B. 
For purposes of this section, "public works" has the same meaning as set forth in California Labor Code Section 1720(a), or any successor legislation.
