(a)
The final plat and accompanying data shall conform to the preliminary plat as approved or conditionally approved by the planning and zoning commission, incorporating any and all changes, modifications, alterations, corrections and conditions recommended by the planning and zoning commission.
(b)
The final plat shall be drawn at a scale of 100 feet to one inch. Where more than one sheet is necessary to accommodate the entire area, an index sheet showing the entire subdivision at an appropriate scale shall be attached to the plat.
(c)
The final plat shall be submitted in an original and six copies and shall contain all of the features required for preliminary plats in division 2 of this article, and it shall be accompanied by site improvement data bearing the seal of an engineer or a registered public surveyor.
(d)
The final plat and the accompanying site improvement data shall be referred to the board of commissioners when recommended by the planning and zoning commission.
(e)
In addition to the various requirements for the preliminary plat, the final plat shall also include the following:
(1)
The exact location, dimensions, names and descriptions of all existing or recorded streets, alleys, reservations, easements or other public rights-of-way, blocks, lots and other sites within the subdivision with accurate dimensions, bearing or deflection angles, degrees of curvature, tangent distances and lengths of all curves where appropriate.
(2)
The exact location, grades, dimensions, descriptions, and names of all proposed streets, alleys, parks and other public areas, reservations, easements or other public rights-of-way, blocks, lots and other sites within the subdivision with accurate dimensions, bearing or deflection angles and radii, areas, central angles, degrees of curvature, tangent distances and lengths of all curves where appropriate.
(3)
The exact location, grades, dimensions, descriptions and names of all proposed drainage structures and irrigation lines; and locations of electric, gas, telephone and television cables.
(4)
An engineer's statement of the minimum permissive floor elevation that will protect the improvements from flood and high waters.
