Low-speed vehicles and neighborhood electric vehicles as specifically
defined in the California Vehicle Code and California Streets and
Highways Code, shall be prohibited in those areas and on those streets
depicted in the Low-Speed Vehicles and Neighborhood Electric Vehicles
Prohibited Areas and Streets Map below, which includes, but is not
limited to, the following areas and streets:

No neighborhood electric vehicle plan established pursuant to
California Streets and Highways Code Section 1962.2 shall include
any area within the jurisdiction of the city of Rancho Mirage unless
the area is approved first by an ordinance of the city of Rancho Mirage
to be included in said plan.

No portion of CV Link or similar pathway shall include any area
within the jurisdiction of the city of Rancho Mirage unless such area
is approved first by an ordinance of the city of Rancho Mirage to
be included as part of CV Link or similar plan.
